Free Shipping and Returns

At www.taji.com.tr, Taji Giyim aims to provide a high standard of customer satisfaction for online purchases. Shipping is free for orders over TRY 250.

Free Shipping

Orders over TRY 250 are shipped free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo and MNG Kargo.

Your order will be sent by courier to the delivery address registered with your order within seven (7) business days.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

In accordance with applicable legislation, postal and courier service providers are required, at the time of delivery, to record certain minimum identification information relating to the person receiving the shipment.

Such information includes the recipient’s full name and Turkish Republic identification number. For foreign nationals, the relevant information may include a passport number, the number of an internationally valid equivalent identification document, or the number of another identification document issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Türkiye.

Such information is retained confidentially by the relevant postal or courier service provider for at least two (2) years and may be submitted to competent authorities where legally required.

If the recipient declines to provide the identification information required under applicable legislation, the shipment may not be delivered and may be returned to the sender.

Free Return Shipping

If you wish to return one or more products purchased from us, you may send the eligible product(s) back within thirty (30) days free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo, subject to the applicable return conditions.
