RETURN CONDITIONS

30-Day Return Period

You may return any product you wish to return within thirty (30) days from the date on which you receive your order. The relevant item(s) should be indicated on your invoice and returned together with the applicable documentation.

To be eligible for a return, products must comply with our return conditions. Products must be unused, unworn and undamaged.

Free Returns

Returns sent via Yurtiçi Kargo are free of charge. No shipping fee will be charged for eligible returns made through Yurtiçi Kargo.

Return Confirmation

Once your returned item(s) have been received by Taji Giyim, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Refunds

Provided that the returned products comply with the applicable return conditions, Taji Giyim will process the refund and submit the relevant amount to the bank within seven (7) business days.

Once the refund has been processed, it generally takes approximately one to three (1–3) business days for the refunded amount to appear on credit card accounts. Refunds to debit cards may take longer, depending on the processing times and procedures of the relevant bank.

In accordance with banking procedures, transactions originally made in instalments will be refunded in corresponding instalments.
